Sales and Ordering Policy

All prices are subject to change without notice. Arizona residents must add sales tax to all purchases. Terms are COD, unless prepaid with your order. MC/Visa, certified checks, cashiers check, money orders, and personal checks accepted (please allow 10 days for personal checks to clear) as payment. Credit card orders are subject to a handling fee. All shortages must be reported within 5 days of receipt of order. Claims for shipping damages must be filed with delivering carrier. No special order parts are returnable. Returned parts are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

EZ Payment Layaway Plan - TA Performance will help you purchase the parts you need, but maybe cannot afford to purchase all at one time. We will allow you to make interest free payments against one or more items until the part(s) are paid for, or until you are ready to have us ship the item COD for the remaining balance. This has worked out great for many or our customers wanting to purchase items like our Stage 2 cylinder heads or a block girdle.

We will set aside the ordered part(s) in your name upon receipt of your first payment. If for some reason the part(s) are out of stock at that time, you will be guaranteed an item from the next reorder/production run.

If after making one or more installment payments you decide to cancel your order, there will be a 10% (of your total deposit paid) cancellation fee.

To Order: All special orders require a minimum 50% deposit. We accept mail, fax and phone orders. For phone orders, call (480) 922-6807 M-F 8-5, Sat 10-4. Fax orders to (602) 922-6811 24 hours/7 days.

Shipping: All parts shipped UPS, insured, signature required. All parts over 70 lbs. will be shipped by truck. Special shipping instructions need to be indicated on order. Orders from Canada or anywhere outside the U.S. must be prepaid in full in U.S. dollars, including freight costs.

Backorders: If order cannot be completed due to backorder, you will be notified by mail or phone immediately.

Returns: All returns must have an RGA # prior to return to TA Performance. Parcels without RGA #'s will not be accepted. Returns need to be sent prepaid to 16167 N. 81st Street, Scottsdale, AZ 85260. RGA #'s are valid for 30 days
