TA's Stage 2 Hood Scoop is the highest quality fiberglass reproduction scoop available. They are made using the original Kenne-Bell tooling that we modified to increase the flange thickness and width for increased strength. VFN and original Kenne-Bell scoops run the risk of cracking the mounting flange when bolted to a hood, and the flanges are very thin, often barely wide enough to drill a hole and have the nut fit. Our scoops have a thicker and wider flange that won't warp or crack and have additional room for a nut when bolting the scoop to the hood.

In addition, for those who would rather bolt the hood scoop on rather than glass it to the hood, we went the extra mile to create a superior product. When updating the tooling we focused on ensuring that these scoops follow the contour of a Skylark hood to have the best scoop to hood fitment possible with a very minimal gap between the scoop and the hood. It took a few tries, but the end result was a Stage 2 Scoop that you can bolt to your hood that looks factory! No unsightly gaps or misalignment.
