Specifically designed by TA’s Engineering Department to address sealing issues of other gaskets. Uses a state of the art carbon graphite core sandwiched between two steel layers, coated with a cold seal compound. Good for use on compression ratios up to 13:1!  Volume is 10 cc’s when calculating compression ratios. Approximately .038” thick compressed.

Orange Crush v3.0

The Orange Crush Head Gaskets were a breakthrough when first released in 1999. They allowed Big Block Buick enthusiasts to use a composite head gasket with high compression and high horsepower combinations. Until that point it was necessary to use Copper gaskets and O-rings, which are not known for being user friendly, especially when used on street driven vehicles. In 2004, we released version two of the Orange Crush gasket which undertook a color change to the current white color. This white coating was an evolution of the orange and now provided the great sealing characteristics that the Orange Crush was known for, but now provided for less clean up during tear down and reassembly. TA Performance prides ourselves on always improving our products and bringing new products to market. In January 2007, version three of this great gasket was released. Improvements this time include additional material at the top of the bores to provide even more resistance to gasket distortion under extreme cylinder pressures. We also incorporated larger coolant passages under the exhaust runners, doing so will absorb and extract more heat from these critical areas. This process will result in reduced engine and combustion chamber temperatures.
